Terms of Service

All future clients and buyers must read through my terms of service and rules and agree to abide by them.By commissioning, buying art or otherwise doing business with me, you agree to my terms of service. Not reading these does not exempt you from being bound to these rules.⟡ Client is at least 18 years of age or older
⟡ Client must have at least one clear, accurate, and up to date image of their character that has all the details correct or I will not work with them unless they are willing to give me full artistic freedom or chalk up any missing details due to a fault of not having been clear
⟡ Client will receive a digital art product in the form of a PNG via URL linking
⟡ Client is not receiving any physical products
⟡ I am not obligated to provide extra copies of client files if they lose them in the future once our work is concluded
⟡ Client will treat me fairly and respectfully. If the client makes me feel uncomfortable or stressed, I may cancel and proportionately refund the order if the work has already been started
⟡ Breaking any of my rules or terms may result in blacklisting a client
⟡ Client is not to purchase art of mine for a person that I've blacklisted
⟡ I have the right to post any of my art to my portfolio websites and social media for showcasing/advertising my comm work
⟡ NFT, blockchain, cryptocurrency, etc. - Absolutely nothing I have made can ever be used or associated with any of these
⟡ My art, adopts, characters/designs, etc. are under no circumstances to ever be used for AI "art" or anything similar
⟡ Client will not use this art to make others uncomfortable or unhappy
⟡ Client cannot use the receiving art for any commercial usages, except with written permission from myself attached to our invoice

Payment & Payment Plans

⟡ Payment is generally due up front, but I'm flexible in certain situations. The duration of the payment plan can be somewhat flexible, though I do not generally exceed 2 weeks for most orders. Rarely, orders may get 4 weeks to pay (ex. $500 order), or, even more rarely, multiple months (orders in excess of $1000+)⟡ PayPal is my main accepted method of payment but I also accept payments through Ko-Fi or CashApp as long as my TOS is acknowledged virtually as I usually attach it automatically to all my PayPal invoices

Refund Policy

⟡ All sales are final for all orders and will not be issued refunds of any kind unless I have not yet started and fail to meet the outlined deadline⟡ A client who fails to pay the invoice on time, or at all, especially without communicating with me, may be added temporarily to my blacklist, and not allowed to participate in a few future sales. Anyone who does this more than once will be permanently blacklisted⟡ Adopts which are never paid for, or not paid in time, will go back up for public sale. The original purchaser is not allowed to bid or attempt to buy it

Rules

What you can do with your art that you get from me:⟡ Repost it to another website while crediting me⟡ Use it in a website of the character⟡ Roleplay using the image as a reference⟡ Write about the character or scene shown in the art⟡ Sell the image(s) I created for you at equal or lower value to original payment⟡ You may get a print of the image made onto an object for personal use⟡ Perform mild edits to the piece like altering eye color or constrast/color settingsWhat you can’t do with your art:⟡ You cannot use the art for commercial gain without my written consent⟡ You cannot use the art in ways to irritate or bother others. This includes using characters in the image that don’t belong to you, referencing too closely commission pieces that I’m not aware of, deceiving me in general, or any other manipulating⟡ DO NOT use my designs, adopts, or my art in any NSFW contexts (such as art, roleplay, writing, etc.) related to:Anything anthro x feral (including bestiality, zoophilia, anything with a humanoid + feral in nsfw contexts)OR anything underageNO EXCEPTIONS
Please do not buy from me if you want to use characters for these things

My Rights

⟡ I have the right to post your commissioned works, in a smaller size, to my website for portfolio usage and to deviantart/furaffinity and other social media watermarked⟡ I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason⟡ I will not start on anything or send my work before payment has been 100% receivedTypes of files you’ll receive from an order, + copyright info⟡ I provide full sized files to clients who have paid, in full, for their order as png images. Sometimes they will be transparent, other times they will have backgrounds and not be transparent⟡ I do not provide photoshop (PSD) files to anyone unless the photoshop file is required for the product to be usable (ex: a recolorable pre-shaded wolf base)⟡ I generally will not give away or sell my copyright for art/designs. If this is an issue for a person, then they should not buy designs or art from me. Only in very special circumstances, such as writing a novel or doing something commercial, I may allow it, when it makes sense

Contracts

⟡ I generally only sign contracts in rare circumstances when it is helpful, such as when working on a commercial order
